Refund Policy – Perfumes
If you are not satisfied with the lasting or fragrance of your perfume, you can request a refund.
- Provide a clear video of the perfume bottle (showing usage and condition).
- Perfume must not be used more than 5 sprays and the bottle must be undamaged.
- After approval, we will share our warehouse address.
- Send the product via courier.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Exchange Policy – Perfumes
If you wish to exchange your perfume, the process is simple:
- Share a video of the product showing condition.
- Ensure it is not used more than 5 sprays and the bottle is undamaged.
- We will share our warehouse address.
- Send the product via courier.
- After inspection, your exchange order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If you face a size issue, we offer an easy exchange policy:
- Share a video of the product showing quality and condition.
- Once approved, we will share our warehouse address.
- Send the product to us via courier.
- After inspection, your requested size will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Important Notes:
- If the required size is not available, you can choose another available design.
- Footwear comes with an exchange-only policy (refunds are not available).
