Process:
Share a clear product video showing the perfume bottle and usage.
The perfume must not be used more than 5 sprays and the bottle must be in perfect condition.
Once the video is approved, we will share our warehouse address.
Ship the product back to us via courier.
After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
If you would like to exchange your perfume, the process is very simple.
Steps:
Provide a video of the product showing its condition.
Ensure it is not used more than 5 sprays and the bottle is not damaged.
After approval, we will send you our warehouse address.
Send the product via courier.
Once we receive and verify it, your exchange order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
If you face a size issue with your footwear, you can easily exchange it.
